The Information Department of Brunei Darussalam organized the launching of their new mobile application to celebrate their 65th year since their establishment, in Times Square Shopping Center from the 10th to 14th May 2017. The event was launched and attended by the acting director of the Information Department, Awang Mawardi bin Haji Mohammad, who awarded certificates to the department’s retirees of year 2016 & 2017. The purpose of the mobile app is to assist the people of Brunei to achieve information and important news fast as well as accurately. The Information Department also set up a booth in Times Square to give more details and explanation to customers about the app itself.
