Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf conducted a free coffee and tea class for the public on the 9th of October 2016 in conjunction with their specialty coffee week at Times Square Lobby. Coffee & Tea class sessions offered coffee and tea enthusiasts to learn more about the franchise’s gourmet selection of coffee and tea from around the world.
The sessions covered lessons on the importance of knowing the specific origin and roast degree for each coffee that allows for the intense flavors to come through, as well as how brewing times can affect the quality to produce the perfect balance of tea characteristics in each brew.
General Manager of Coffee Bean, Fairuz Ibrahim conducted the workshop and shared his knowledge and experience to the customers throughout the event.
